Reported Commands & Requests exercises online (Worksheet)

When someone makes a polite request, we report it using 'ask + object + to + infinitive'. Polite forms like 'Please...', 'Could you...?', and 'Would you...?' all become 'asked ... to ...' in reported speech. For example: "Could you help me?" becomes 'He asked me to help him.' Practise converting direct requests into reported speech.
