Gerunds and Infinitives exercises online (Worksheet)

Some verbs can be followed by either a gerund or an infinitive with little or no difference in meaning — like, love, hate, prefer, begin, start, continue. However, after 'would' (would like, would love, would prefer, would hate), only the to-infinitive is used. Practise these patterns and learn the exceptions.
